Born in a small town between Veneto and Emilia-Romagna, Ivan has been cooking since he can remember. For him, food isn’t just a job - it’s soul medicine.

A former five-star hotel chef, Ivan has worked in luxury marinas, private yachts, and top restaurants across Italy. In 2013, he brought his passion to Perth, winning hearts with his regional favourite, the Piadina, at local events and markets for seven years.

His love for classic Italian dishes continues with Pasta e Fagioli—a tribute to simple, timeless pasta.

Ivan and his team are available for engagements, weddings, birthday party, intimate dinners and corporate gatherings.
