Pasta is what we’re known for, drawing on regional favourites and serving them straight from the truck or passed around in a way that feels relaxed and easy.

Our menu is rooted in the regional recipes we grew up with and love — from Veneto to Napoli. The kind of dishes with a story behind them, shaped by generations of tradition that we deeply respect.
Along the way, our experiences in kitchens, restaurants and events have naturally influenced the way we cook, create and bring these recipes to life.
